APRIL A-Z CHALLENGE

"C" is for:
Cooing...calmly...Creator-fed
Photo is loading
Puffy grey couples
sharing daily nourishment
Creator's providence

I love hearing the mourning doves while they're visiting on our deck searching for more food.

Sometimes they're bathing in the little birdbath and then fluffing out their feathers while drying them in the sun.

What begins with a "c" on your back deck today?

John 8:31  "If you continue in my word, then you are truly Disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."

PROTECTION, Please!

New driver; Mommy worries
Changing frets into prayer
Share concerns, He's there

Away she drives, gone
Pacing, waiting, then ringtone
Calm returns

God's wholeness, protects
El Shaddai, at the right hand
All-sufficient Lord

Returning home, whole
Door opens, lights go out
Protection supplied; thankful sleep

Psalm 121:7-8

God guards you from every evil, He guards your very life. He guards you when you leave and when you return, He guards you now, He guards you always.

WHERE FRIENDS MET

Central Perk 2008, open
Senior-pic cake, couches, white-linen tables
“I’ll Be There for You!”

Balloons, hand-decorated bags
Chattering friends, enjoying the moment
Flashes flashing

Junior hosts, hostesses
Seniors servants, black and white attendants
Showing, serving love

Favorite youth memories
"Ridin' with Allen", beach "Sun-sets, no -rises"
Campground, peanut butter plexiglass

Button-downs, ties, skirts
Expressing themselves, uniquely
Kids, no longer

Hugs, all around
Wanting to freeze the moment
Wet cheeks, bright smiles

Growing up shots
Couches, listening, love letters remembering
Small then, Now grown

Mentors’ golden advice
Meredith: Always Seek Him; Andrew: Go Big or Go Home!
Allen: Seek Christian community FIRST

Into the world
Continue His Elevation, out there!
