MY LITERAL BOHUNKUS PAIN...

EVER since Saturday, I've been 'shuffling' like Tyrone Horneigh from Laugh In, remember back in the 70's when he was pursuing Gladys?

Gotta laff cause I'm tired of hurting.  Actually, Tyrone is moving FASTER in this video than I am...it took me 20 mins to get into the car this morning for my first chiro trip.
All this mess ensued after I reached high up into a kitchen cabinet for a glass and heard something pop in my lower back..my legs started shaking and I had to catch myself on the kitchen counter after my legs quickly collapsed

(The chiro said I had a badly twisted sacrum...the sacroiliac bone just above your 'tush' and the nerves are now irritated and swollen.)

Sunday brought a morning of moving with great tenderness and NOT GETTING to sit by my home-visiting freshman in church...but I could sit pretty well in my recliner, but today NOTHING is comfortable.

Please send up a few prayers to remove this debilitating pinching in my hips while I ice and heat throughout the afternoon.

In case you don't remember Tyrone and Gladys, here are Arte Johnson and Ruth Buzzi at their best...

I am definitely lifting you up in prayer today and hoping that each hour feels better and your healing begins. I can honestly say I know just how you feel, not fun and nothing seems to help much.

We'd make a fine pair. I don't know what I've done, but a nerve beneath my left shoulder blade is pinched and it sure hurts. I could recline alongside you.

I can hardly wait for bedtime so I can take a muscle relaxant and finally get some relief and , hopefully, some sleep.

Shuffle :) on, and I hope you feel better soon,

Kathleen

Oh this is not good. I am sorry to hear about your back pinch. Ouch! I hope it straightens out soon and that you're painfree soon and very soon!
