TURKEY-DAY FUN...PARADE BINGO, ANYONE??

HAPPY THANKSGIVING, EVERYONE!

While checking around the various websites for Turkey-Day Fun, I ran across the DISNEY FAMILY FUN SITE...
where there are fun Thanksgiving ideas...
They have really cute coloring pages like this...
Or you can click on Parade Bingo ...
print the 6 different sheets (before the Thanksgiving Day parade)...
pass them out to the kids for a game of "Parade Bingo"...
give each player pennies as their place markers...
as they see things on the tv matching their card, they'll place their penny...
Be sure to have a "treat" for your winner(s)!

ENJOY YOUR TIME WITH FAMILY, FRIENDS AND GOD'S BOUNTY!

PRAYERS YOU ARE SAFE, HEALTHY AND COUNTING YOUR BLESSINGS WHILE GIVING THANKS!
Jer. 33:3
"Call to me and I will answer you
and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know."

Happy Thanksgiving....Taking a few hours to read some favorite blogs...one of my favorite things to do and something I have done very little of in recent days. You still have time to stop by my holiday blog and be eligible for 2 great giveaways.....

You are just a big kid at heart Jubisista :-) I love these ideas and am going to send the link to my sister who has a 6 & 8 year old. For next year since I am late getting around to read blogs and it's already two days after T-day.

WE FINALLY BOUGHT A COUCH!!! lol I am so excited I can hardly stand it. We were actually on our way back to one store we've been to THREE TIMES to order our futon; all that was left to do was order the fabric we wanted. BUT something didn't feel right. You know that feeling. So started talking to Ivan about it, and we decided to look just a bit more. Now we've only looked seven or eleven times in the past year. hahaha We chose a car with less thought and in less time.

Anyway, parked near the store where we were going to order the futon and decided to walk two blocks down one side and then back to see what we could see (this whole area is full of furniture stores). FIRST STORE had a style of couch we really liked, in a fabric we both loved. Now we'd been in this store before, a few months ago. BUT THEY JUST GOT THIS COUCH IN LAST THURSDAY. God's timing is perfect! Had wanted a futon mainly so it could serve as an extra bed when we had lots of company. This couch is not a sofa bed BUT it is extremely comfortable and by removing the back cushions and one end cushion will serve perfectly as a single bed. Another concern was that it be easy to keep looking nice. Which was going to be an issue with a futon. Can't really put a slipcover on that. But the couch base is a heavy duty fake leather which will wipe down easily and the cushions are slip covered in fabric that we can remove and wash. Love the combination! Hallalujah!

I am exhausted! Choosing a couch is hard work. lol
